In February 2012 Tantrum will be launching an additional weekly specialised class for young artists aged 15-17 years to extend their theatre and performance skills.
The class will be held on Monday nights from 4.00pm-5.30pm in the Civic Arcade, 403 Hunter Street. Classes begin 6 February 2012.
Each term will focus on different drama and theatre skills including: devising, script work, the rehearsal process, character development, physical theatre and much more. This class will be particularly useful for HSC students.
Outside of these workshops there will be performances opportunities throughout the year allowing students to put their skills into practice and venture into Newcastle’s vibrant arts culture and community.
